1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of the REB00T mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using REB00T, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription Terms
REB00T may offer an annual auto-renewing subscription and a lifetime purchase.
- The annual plan is billed to your Apple ID on a recurring yearly basis.
- The annual plan automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
3. Billing And Refunds
Billing is handled by Apple. Refund requests, billing disputes, and subscription management are subject to Apple’s policies and App Store processes.
4. License
Subject to these terms and Apple’s platform rules, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use REB00T on Apple devices you own or control.
Use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
5. Intended Use
REB00T provides educational content, tracking tools, behavior-support workflows, and intervention prompts. It is not medical care, psychiatric treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for licensed professional advice.
6. Feature Availability
Some features depend on Apple permissions, Screen Time or Family Controls approval, iOS settings, device compatibility, network availability, and third-party platform services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature at all times.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app except where law allows
- Use the app in a way that violates applicable law
- Interfere with platform services, entitlement checks, or app security mechanisms
8. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REB00T and Rewired & Rising are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, interruption of service, billing issues handled by Apple, or the unavailability of platform-dependent features.
9. Changes To The Service Or Terms
Features, pricing, and these terms may be updated over time. Continued use of REB00T after an update means you accept the revised terms.
